Dana O’Donnell has been creating art for fifty years. She earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She studied at the Loveland Academy of Fine Arts, the Denver Art Students League, Santa Monica College, the Marble Institute of Colorado's Marble /marble Symposiums 1996-2021, in Pietrasanta, Italy, at Studio Sem and at Global Stone Workshop, in Volterra, Italy.
Dana’s sculptural work is primarily abstract-figurative. Much like a Haiku, the simplicity of the lines and the clear understanding of the condensed composition evokes an emotional response from the viewer. The titles of her work align with the visual representation. A published poet and writer, Dana flows effortlessly between mediums.
Dana spent nearly a decade in the international sculpture symposium circuit. leaving her work in places around the world.

Dana divides her time between Colorado and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. where she was instrumental in bringing the first international sculpture symposium, to the bustling international city, in 2010.
